Dean of Students and the University of Indiana Robert Shaffer writes to Pi Kappa Alpha Executive Secretary Robert Lynn about the decision of the Supreme Council to suspend the charter of Delta Xi Chapter and includes the requirements necessary for re-establishment of the chapter.
