ABOUT 1913-1914 CHAPTER HOUSE FIRST ALPHA ETA ПКА CHAPTER HOUSE PLEDGE No. 192. TO THE BUILDING FUND OF THE ALPHA ETA HOUSE CORPORATION, Inc. (A Corporation Not For Profit) I, hereby pledge and agree to pay to The Alpha Eta House Corporation, Inc., the sum of One Hundred and Sixty ($160.00) Dollars to the building fund of the Alpha Eta Chapter of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity in accordance with the charter of said Corporation, the same to be used for the erection of a fraternity house for members on the lot now owned by the Corporation in the city of Gainesville, Florida. Of the sum pledged $ is paid upon the signing of this pledge, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and the balance $ is to be paid in equal annual installments, evidenced by my notes.
